Failure to follow any can result in your commission being canceled, and in some cases, you may be banned from commissioning me again.If I cancel your commission due to a failure to follow my rules, you will be refunded.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Commission Rules━━━━• I will draw the following:
‣ Feral animals
‣ Minor Gore
‣ SFW Ship Art
‣ LGBTQ+ characters & flags• I will attempt to draw the following:
‣ Anthro (feline only; headshots or busts only)• I will not draw the following:
‣ NSFW or suggestive content
‣ Human(oid)
‣ Mechs
‣ Extreme Gore, Death
‣ Drug or Alcohol Usage
‣ Hateful, Political, or Religious Art• I reserve the right to discontinue or decline a commission at any time.
Should it be declined or discontinued, it will be refunded.
‣ I will only refund 100% of the commission if I have not started the lineart. If I have started or completed the lineart, you will only receive a 50% refund
• I will only work with clear digital references. Any large watermarks that cover the character's design will not be accepted.‣ If ordering art of an IRL pet, at minimum 3 photos (maximum 5 unless more are needed) must be sent that are in good lighting (good lighting means natural daytime light without other light sources such as colored LEDs) and are not blurry. The photos should have most of the animal visible, excluding close-ups of their face
‣ If you are ordering art of an IRL pet, an additional $3 USD fee is added if they have a complicated coat (ex. tortoiseshell, tabby). Please ask if you are unsure━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Usage Rules━━━━
• You cannot use my art as an NFT, nor should it be sold as an NFT.• My work is not to be used to train AI• **When posting my art, please include credit to me. Credit may be any of the links on my home page, including this website• I reserve the right to post your commission to any of my social media and/or use it as an example for my commissions. If you do not want your art to be posted publically, please let me know before I complete your commission• If you post my art to any social media and are asked to take it down, you must comply• My work is not allowed to be used for any commercial reasons
‣ This includes, but is not limited to, YouTube thumbnails, merchandise, game assets, Twitch emotes, or promotional material.
‣ YouTube and Twtich profile pictures and banners are excluded from this rule only if it is acknowledged when ordering the commission.• My art may be used as profile pictures, banners, etc. as long as credit is given (in bio, pinned tweet, etc.)Personal Use
With my art, you may:
‣ Crop and resize
‣ Print for personal use
‣ Post/share on social media as long as I am given proper creditWith my art, you may not:
‣ Claim my art is your own in any way
‣ Remove my signature
‣ Edit my art
‣ Trace or copy my art
‣ Sell them as an NFT
‣ Use my art to train AI━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Payment━━━━$1 USD = 80 DA Points
• Direct USD commissions are prioritized over DA point commissions in the queue
• All USD payments are taken through Ko-Fi
• DA Points are taken through the commission widget. I will set this up and send you the link after I accept your commission━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Wips & Turnaround━━━━• Turnaround time may be anywhere from 1-6 months depending on the queue and my schedule
• You will be sent a sketch for approval before I line and color, any wips wanted afterwards must be requested
• After I have completed your commission, you will only have two weeks to request changes. Minor edits such as stray lines, missing color, or incorrect markings, are always free. Larger changes, such as a background change, accessories added/removed, or shading changes may cost extra or may be declined.
